Apartment

1 Do you have any additional properties?

Yes, we do! We have several properties available in St Albans including studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments.

2 Do you allow pets?

Pets may be allowed, on exceptional cases inside the property but must be agreed with us 1st.

3 Do I need to bring anything along?

Our apartments are all aesthetically furnished with kitchen equipped with kitchen wares. Exotic bathroom and toilet, we provide linens and towels. A welcome is also provided on arrival with essentials to get you started the first couple of days.

4 Can I receive visitors or have company?

Sure! You can receive guests over; our  apartments have living room with sofa for relaxation but guest cannot stay the night without informing us as extra charge may apply. Please, contact us first for more information.

5 What facilities are available?

All apartments comes with a living room, concierge service, work space with table to work those on business trip, vacation or relocating. Private bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen.  All of our apartments are regularly maintained to ensure up-to standard and fully functioning.

6 What’s Serviced Apartment?

A serviced apartment is a fully furnished apartment for short and long stay. All of our serviced apartments are completely hassle free with all utility bills included and fully serviced with facilities similar to a hotel such as regular cleaning and support services.

Checkin & Checkout

1 Can I check-out later than 11 am?

It is possible to check-out later than 11 am, but additional cost will apply. Please contact us directly for more information.

2 Can I have an early check in from than 1pm on the day?

Yes. It is possible to have an early check-in but additional £50 charge will apply. Normal check-in is from 3pm and ending 23:00pm.

3 How can I book?

It’s simple to complete, just select your preferred apartment check-in and check out dates and if the apartment is available, then go straight to book or make reservation on our website. But if you have any issues or queries, please do contact us by email or call +447 458 301 596.

4 What time is for check-in and check-out?

Check in starts 15:00pm, ending: 23:00pm and Check out starts 7:00am and ending: 11:00am

Payment

1 How do I make payment?

KMO Apartments Ltd offers 2 types of booking payments on our platform.

  1. You can reserve an apartment and make a transfer payment directly into our bank account within 6 hours to confirm your reservation.
  2. You can book and pay with your debit/credit card via Stripe payment platform.

Services

1 Housekeeping standards

All properties are professional cleaned after each departure. It is also possible to arrange additional clean during ones stay for an extra charge.

2 Are there any cleaning expectations?

Whilst we do a thorough clean between each guest stay, a quick clear and tidy is always appreciated.

3 I would like to extend my stay, what do I do?

Extending you stay is possible subject to availability. Please contact us at admin@kmoapartments.com as soon as possible in order to arrange for your extended stay.

4 Do you organize group bookings?

Yes, we can accommodate over 20 guests in the same building.  Get in touch with us first

Terms and conditions

1 Do you allow smoking?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use appropriate outside areas to smoke.
Guest(s) would be charge £150 for cleaning the apartment if smoking is noticed within the apartment.

2 Do you offer discount?

Yes! KMO Apartments Ltd is offering a special launch promo of 5% till December 2023. For longer stay booking, you need to contact us for any discount.
